Bereg Stove for tent "Soputnik" Satellite

Bereg tent stove "Soputnik" is used for heating camping tents and cooking in the field. The wood-burning stove is made in the shape of a hexagon. The hexagon makes the structure more durable due to additional stiffeners.

A glass with a metal grid on the air control will simplify ignition and allow you to achieve complete burning of firewood in the firebox. Bereg "Soputnik" is the first tent stove of Bereg manufacturing company, is equipped with folding functional grills.

Bereg "Soputnik" stove design:

The box for laying firewood (or firebox) has the form of a hexagon with a narrowing to the bottom. An Independent firebox door to stack the firewood and glass-air control will allow to separately check of firewood and to control the combustion intensity.

An insert made of heat-resistant glass-ceramic 4 mm thick, which is equipped with a removable stove door, will allow you to control the fuel level in the tent stove and provide additional lighting in the tent. The door handle is removable and fastened with wing screws. When transporting the stove, the handle is installed on the reverse side, which reduces the transport dimensions and prevents deformation.

The cap for adjusting the oxygen supply is located in the lower part of the box of the tent stove. The cap is used to regulate the oxygen supply, which determines the time and intensity of burning. The air control is equipped with a removable metal mesh, which prevents the formation and escape of sparks from the firebox.

e spark arrester is located inside the stove chamber and divides it into two parts. The double combustion chamber with a spark arrester increases the burning time of firewood up to 6-8 hours, positively affects the heat distribution in the tent and protects the external tent from sparks.

Fixed protective screens are located at the end and in the lower part of the tent stove. The lower protective screen prevents ice and snow from melting under the tent in winter, while the rear screen reduces the impact of high temperatures on the camping tent bottom.

Two built-in grilles are installed on supports and located on the sides. The horizontal surface of the grilles increases the area of the cooking surface and is used for heating food, storing pots or kettles. The inclined part of the grilles performs a protective function, prevents clothing from coming into contact with the hot surface of the stove, or acts as a dryer for small items of clothing and equipment. When assembled, the grilles are attached to the lower protective screen. This solution reduces the size and makes storing and transporting the tent stove easier.

Removable legs made of aluminum pipe are attached with wing screws. Thanks to the removable design, it is easy to transport and store. Perforation of the legs will avoid overheating of the metal. The additional distance between the supports is the key to stability and fire safety.

The Bereg "Soputnik" tent stove is made of AISI 430 stainless heat-resistant steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm. AISI 430 is characterized by high corrosion resistance, resistance to temperature changes and reliability of the weld. The wall thickness of 0.8 mm is the key to the right balance between the long service life and the weight of the tent stove with a tent.

To increase the tightness of the box for laying firewood, the seams are welded with argon.

Important: "Soputnik" is heating and cooking stove for a tent. It is not recommended to use for a tent sauna, pour water, and load with stones. During operation, minor metal deformations are possible, which do not impair the technical

Precautions and recommendations:

Do not use flammable liquids during the ignition;

Do not use coal, chipboard or laminate as fuel. This fuel is toxic;

Do not change the design of the stove and do not allow over-heating due to intense burning;

Check the exhaust pipe and airflow;

Do not touch a hot stove without gloves;

Do not dry shoes, personal items or equipment directly on the stove;

Do not keep the firebox door open unless stacking firewood;

Do not store fuel near the stove;

Installation of the stove without distortions will help to prevent deformation during operation;

Uniform wood stacking and air circulation will ensure a long burning time;

Every 15-20 hours of operation, clean the chimney from soot on the walls;

Use a heat heat-resistant mat and smoke detector;

Provide ventilation to the tent. Do not close windows and entrances at the same time.
