Shipping Information

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Tracking numbers are always provided through our online system so you can monitor your shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering, unless your order contains a backordered item. In that case, the complete order will be shipped once all items are back in stock.

Backorders

Important: When you place a backorder, your credit card will be charged immediately. If you prefer not to be charged until the item is in stock, please wait to order until inventory is available.

Any order containing backordered items will be held and shipped as a complete order once all items are back in stock.

Special Shipping Regions

Alaska, Nunavut & Northwest Territories: Additional shipping charges may apply to these regions. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your shipping address to receive a shipping quote before placing your order.

International Fees & Duties

Orders Shipped Outside Canada

Important Notice: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to brokerage fees, customs fees, tariffs, duties, and other fees imposed by your country.

BeregCanada / Wild Coast Camping Gear Inc. is not responsible for these fees. These charges are not included in your shipping costs, and you are responsible for paying any such fees that arise.

If you have questions about potential additional fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. We cannot provide estimates for duties or customs fees as they vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Currency

Exchange rates are determined by your credit card company at the time of purchase.

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.

We encourage you to:

  • Review product descriptions and specifications carefully before ordering
  • Contact us with any questions about sizing, compatibility, or features

  • Reach out to our team if you're unsure about any product

Warranty Claims

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you receive a defective product, please provide:

  • Digital images showing conclusive proof of the defect when the product is received
  • Proof of the date of original purchase

What's Not Covered

Please note: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accident or misuse
  • Abuse or tampering
  • Unreasonable use
  • Normal wear and tear

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

If you place an order online via credit card or PayPal and then cancel it, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders Already Shipped

If an order is canceled after it has already shipped, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Packages

If you refuse a package, we will deduct the original shipping cost as well as any additional fees and return shipping charges we incur from your refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product has been shipped.

All products sold by BeregCanada are authentic Bereg tents and accessories. We are the official distributor in Canada and the USA.

Important: Bereg vestibules and other accessories will only attach to authentic Bereg tents, not knockoff versions. If you're unsure about the authenticity of your tent, please contact us before ordering accessories.
