Refund policy

Claim Instructions:

Provide us with digital images showing conclusive proof of the defect when the product is received. 

Submit proof of the date of original purchase.

Please note the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or normal wear and tear.

We do not accept returns for any products - All Sales are final

Are there fees associated with a canceled order?

If you place an order online via credit card/PayPal and then decide to cancel it, there will be a credit card fee of 5%  deducted from your total 

If an order is canceled after it has already shipped, shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund

If you refuse a package, we will deduct this from your refund, as well as any fees and additional shipping charges that we incur.

Any shipping charges will not be refunded if the product has already been shipped

We only ship to the U.S.A. and Canada at present. 

Orders shipped outside Canada. could incur brokerage fees, customs fees, tariffs, duties, and/or other fees imposed by your country. 

Shipping to Alaska, NU, & NWT may incur shipping charges. Please contact us with your address for a quote

Bereg-Canada/Wild Coast Camping Gear Inc. is not responsible for these fees, and we have not included them in your shipping charges. 

You will have to pay these fees should these fees arise
